My task is to interpret the environment surrounding our ancestors, our grandfathers who through their simplicity, integrity. and diligence, we inherited the love of work, honesty and values that are deeply rooted in our history. Blended with the focus of the present Costa Rica, full of light and color, joyful and peaceful landscapes, I embody their homes, gardens, and trades within canvas to cherish, so that it survives through in literature and painting with a link to the past.

With his paintings in numerous collections within Central America, the United States, Canada, Japan, Switzerland, Holland and Italy, Alejandro has exhibited in numerous solo and collective exhibitions. Technical education includes Colegio Vocaional Artes y Oficios, Casa del Artista, Dibujo Arquitectnico and Instituto Nacional de Aprendisaje.
