"Ever since I was able to think, color became an important part of my life. I was born in Switzerland in 1956. I started to paint consciously when I was about 20 years old and transferred my thoughts onto the canvas. Since 1994, I am living and working in Costa Rica, to reproduce warmth, cold, moments of being, and moments of joy. To wave lines with no apparent reason and see wholeness in them. The pleasure of "seeing,” to immerse myself in each fiber, see the fires of each day, to run to the light, to fall and rise again and climb the steps once more, to breath the aim in my life - to paint."

Ms. Denoth has had exhibitions throughout Switzerland, Germany and Costa Rica, including the National Museum.
