Currently living in Guanacaste, Roshan was born in Argentina. From his early childhood Roshan was in contact with brushes and colors, with his father as a textile designer. Having studied design and visual communication at the University in Buenos Aires, he continued his studies in in Cologne, Germany during the 1980s. Traveling worldwide, principally to India, Roshan experienced different techniques of meditation and self-knowledge providing deep experiences that her reflects in his wok.
Roshan creates multiple transparences of lights and shadows on the canvas. Some of his paintings are reflecting inner spaces that could be called mystic, while others are reflecting strength and an intense search throughout of a harmony of colours and forms that transcend the regular aesthetics of the masses.
