Sandra Jiménez Jiménez

Born in Guanacaste, Costa Rica, where her father worked in the fields, Sandra Jiménez developed her art at a young age. Though limited resources, her creativity had no boundaries. Inspired by nature and country life she experimented with different artistic techniques, with each stroke of her work guided by emotion and energy flowing from her heart. Whether it is by joy or pain, it always enriches her pallete with color and brings life to new works. Having a bachelor degree in fine arts, Sandra has participated in numerous exhibits and won multiple awards including Semilla de Arco Iris; MUSADE 2012; Centro Cultural E Histórico José Figueres Ferrer 2012 and 2014.
