Xochitl Sierralta
Artist Xochitl Sierralta studied at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), and in numerous workshops throughout Central America and Spain. She is a founding member of Asociación de Artistas Guanacastecos “Grupo Cornizuelo."
Her participation in over 25 group exhibitions include the "Flying Carpet," funded by the Swiss Embassy (Curime 2007), in addition to presenting her works within San Jose, Flamingo, Conchal Hojancha, Nicoya and Liberia .. She was a juried member for the Festival Circuital de Pintura Graffiti, Dibujo Manga y Diseño Gráfico organized by the Ministerio de Educación Pública in September. 2008; and participated in the Festival of Cultural Arts in Tilarán April 2009; and a presentation speaker at Festival of Arts Flamingo, Guanacaste in 2010 and 2011 and 2012.
